How many of us are always seeking God’s guidance? I read this devotional the other day and it really ministered to me. Check it out and apply it to your life.
When you ask God to show you what is in your heart, and really mean it, He will. The Word of God will be like a spiritual roadmap or a personal tour guide to lead and guide you as you study and pray. It penetrates deep inside to assess and validate what’s in your heart. The Holy Spirit sheds light on whether thoughts, motives, and intentions are good or bad.
A Word from God directly to you by the Holy Spirit reveals to your spirit things you need to know. God speaks directions throughout the Word, so you can live in victory lane.
Look at your spiritual roadmap (the Word) often. Follow the route closely as the Holy Spirit leads so that you will always be on tract. As you honor the guidance of God, He releases His favor. Just one day of the favor of God can be more productive than a lifetime of labor.
