If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5

Those who truly trust God will ask Him for wisdom. Asking God for wisdom is evidence that we trust Him. James states that God gives wisdom generously. He's not stingy in providing insight to those who ask how to make the best choices. In fact, God gives wisdom away without "reproach" or finding fault.

 As a child of the Most High God, we have unlimited access to our Daddy God.  If we lack anything, we should not hesitate to ask him.  Don't you know that God takes care of us, and he always will?  He can help us no matter what the circumstances. In our weakness, he will be our strength.  He will bring clarity to our confusion.

 When I get into a place where I don't know what to do or where to turn, I usually call on some of my covenant girlfriends, but before I do, I run to Jesus! He is my need-meeter and my waymaker.  He is waiting to graciously give you and me wisdom and to guide us through anything.  He will not fail us. He may not take you the way you want to go, but He will take you to healing and freedom.  He is faithful and true.  Just ask!

An Atlanta Ga native, Cheryl was married for 53 years to Ed Henderson. They have three sons and 8 grandchildren, and one great gran.

In January of 2021, Ed went home to be with the Lord after a brave fight with colon cancer.

Since 1985 Ed and Cheryl have been serving the Lord as evangelists in the Tennessee area and surrounding states.
