As I walk this Christian Life in this crazy world I have seen many things. I have experienced many things. I am convinced that the enemy wants to keep everyone stuck, depressed, shut down, and disarmed.

Fear is a spirit (just like lying), and it is not from God! If the enemy can put fear on us, he can keep us from doing what God has called us to do.

A vision of what “can be” is sometimes hard to explain to people who have never seen what you have seen in the natural, or what you are seeing in the Spirit. People that have never seen God miraculously touch a city.

.I just heard a statement that really impacted me.  I heard someone say," You have to DO your way out of doubt."  

No matter what needs we have in life, God is our provider.  He provides when we have plenty and when we don't.  

We all go through challenges, trials, and down periods in our lives. Even ministers are not exempt.

In this story in Mark 5, Jesus is on His way to Jairus’s house. Jairus came pleading to Jesus to come and heal his 12-year-old daughter.

Storms in life are inevitable. The Bible doesn’t tell us that everything will be perfect if we follow Jesus. Instead, we’re told that trouble will come. However, we’re reminded that there is hope—because Jesus has already won the victory

We all know that we are called to live by faith. We all know that without faith we cannot please God. When I read Hebrews I realized that this faith walk is not always an easy one.

What does it mean to guard your heart?  Well, practically,  it means to examine our attitudes and our thoughts on a regular basis and make adjustments as needed.

Peace in this verse is the Hebrew word shalom. God will keep you in everything the shalom implies: health, happiness, well being, and peace.

Our scripture of the day is a warning against overconfidence in one’s own spiritual strength.

I have been getting a lot of emails and messages about planting your seed and bulbs for spring flowers. It has reminded me of the time Ed and I went on a car ride.

The above scripture has always been one of those "anchors" that we have lived by. We learned early on that doubt will make you crazy! We either believe God or we don't.
