I must say that I am not one for New Year’s resolutions. However, there are many things I want to improve on in 2024. The word improve has several meanings. It means to achieve or produce something better than. It also means to advance or make progress in what is desirable, to make useful additions or amendments.
I read a statement from John Maxwell and he said, “Improving yourself is the first step in improving everything else in your life.” That is so true. Giving God your best means continuously improving-every day! Growth on the inside feeds growth on the outside.
What do you want for 2024? What improvements do you want to make in order to give God your best? I Corinthians 10:31 says, “Do all to the glory of God.” Colossians 3:23 says, “And whatever your do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”
I so want to make improvements in areas of my life. I desire to be more like Him on this earth. Get ready for an exciting New Year!
