Scripture of The Day
You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light. With your help I can advance against a troop; and scale a wall. (Psalm 18:28-29)
I woke up today with the word, Advance on my heart. The word Advance means to; move forward in a purposeful way, to proceed, move along, to improve.
Psalm 18:28-29 says, “You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light. With your help I can Advance against a troop; with my God I can scale a wall.”
I feel like the Lord is speaking to Christians to Advance. To move forward, to improve, to proceed with what we are called to do. Know this, God has prepared things for us in Advance! The word says we are His handiwork, created to do good work, which God prepared for us in Advance. (Ephesians 2:10)
I encourage you today to start your advance! Start to move forward with purpose in mind, to proceed, to improve. God is with you, He has gone before you and His word to you today is advance!
