Scripture of The Day 11/10/2023
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. 11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? (Luke 11:10)
When we ask for help, we will receive what we need. When we search for the fingerprints of God in our lives, we will find them. When we knock on heaven’s door in prayer, God himself will open it to us. There is nothing that separates us from the love of God in Jesus. He is the way, the truth, and the way. He is the path to the Father. He has ushered us into his presence, and we are never without it.
Do not hesitate to bring your questions to God. Don’t hold back in your search of the truth. He can handle every doubt that you wrestle with. He is not surprised by your lack of understanding, and he will never ridicule your desire to grow in wisdom. There is no need to censor yourself with Jesus. He already knows you through and through. Ask. Seek. Knock. He is faithful to provide all that you need and everything you didn’t even realize you were looking for.
