Scripture of The Day
The word influencer is sort of a buzz word these days as it pertains to social media. However, as you and I walk with the Lord He actually calls us to be an influencer. The word influence means; the capacity to have an effect on the character, development, or behavior of someone else.
Are you influencing others? I love our scripture today as it tells us to stir up one another to love and good works and to encourage one another. That is what you and I should be doing in this crazy
world.
Here are 5 traits of a Godly influencer;
Be authentic– In other words be real
Be compassionate– Love on those who are going through hard times,
Be Honest– Don’t embellish things just tell the truth.
Be Excellent– Do things in excellence not half way.
Be Gentle- Be kind.
I read a statement that said the way Jesus influenced people was by education (teaching them His Word) and personal example. Be an influencer for
the Kingdom!
