Scripture of The Day
For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them. Matthew 18:20
I have people tell me every day that they don’t have to go to church to be a Christian. Where that is true, it is not the best for every Christian. There is power when we all gather together. There is comfort, camaraderie, encouragement, and a corporate anointing when we come together. God created us for fellowship with one another and with Him. We were created in and for family. We were made for community.
I love my church! It is life to me. I love sitting under the Word of God. I am old-fashioned, I love to take my Bible and take notes. I love to worship and our church has anointed worship. I have developed wonderful relationships.
Now, here is the catch to this, you must be in the right church. Not the dead, old, dried-up church. But a church where you are seeing people get saved, marriages being restored, people getting baptized, people getting prayed for and miracles happening. You are looking for a church where Jesus is in the house!
