At our core, Ed and I have always been an evangelist. That means that nothing is hopeless with Jesus. There is no circumstance, situation, relationship, trial or trouble that Jesus cannot redeem. He is the one who turns graves into gardens, calms the stormy seas, and turns ashes into beauty. He loves us fiercely.
He loves the outcasts the same as He loves the successful ones. He loves those who struggle to survive as much as those who live in security. Lord help us to never lose sight of how passionately and purely his compassion reaches every person. As we make our way through our day to day lives help us Lord to see through your lens of mercy. Nothing is irredeemable. No one is exempt from His kindness. He seeks to save that which was lost, and they find their home in Him.
