Scripture for the Day (October 18, 2018)
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. (Mark 16:15)
We are back home again!!! We are on the road to Frisco, TX (suburb of Dallas) with our truck full of books and bibles and our hearts full of His Word. We have done this so much over a period of 37 years that we almost feel out of place when we are actually in our own hometown and not travelling.
Most of you are aware that New Life Network is a “Ministry to the Marketplace”. We take the Word into the corporate arena. This weekend will be a new adventure for us with a brand new corporation. We will be serving as Chaplains this weekend for a company called “PURE” and also hosting the Sunday morning church service. We are believing for many souls to be saved. Please pray for us and the leadership of PURE. We are scheduled to speak to all the leaders Friday morning so please pray for that meeting. This will be their initial entry into a voluntary Sunday morning service and you know that the enemy does not like that.
We have learned over the years to expect spiritual warfare before one of these events. It has happened so often that we started calling it a “Pre Victory Tribulation”. However, this is the first time we have had to go through a hurricane (Michael) before an event. That tells us that something wonderful must be going to happen this weekend so please cover us with your prayers for the next seven days while we minister to this new group of folks and drive to and from Frisco, TX in our ministry truck.
