Scripture Of The Day
Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. (Isaiah 54:2)
God, through, Isaiah tells Israel to: “Get ready! Prepare yourselves for what I am about to do! Blessings beyond your wildest dreams!” God tells Israel that once they return home they should enlarge their houses, add additions, and be sure to spread out.
The only way we ever fulfill our destinies and succeed at being our true selves is to take many, many steps of faith. Fear keeps many people from stepping out of their norm. This keeps many from finding out what they are capable of. You are stronger than you know and your abilities are far beyond what you think in the natural.
Be willing to step out and obey God when He calls you into something new and challenging. Don’t “Play it safe.” Isaiah 43:19 says, ” Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
Just remember, God will always be stretching you. Don’t be afraid, He has great plans for you.
