Scripture for the Day December 27, 2018
And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? (John 11:26)
This is an update from our last devotional which gave you a few details on the tragic loss of our daughter-in-law Kari Coudriet, and three foreign exchange students from India, in a Collierville, TN house fire on December 23-24, 2018.
The son that we raised (Danny Coudriet), and our grandson Cole, are both out of the hospital and recovering nicely. The entire family and community has come together to help this family and it is truly amazing.
Danny is a soccer coach in the local youth soccer league and that league has set up a Go Fund Me page to help the family pay for the funeral expenses and all the other many expenses that are associated with a tragedy like this. The funeral for Kari is set for 10:00 AM on Saturday, 12/29/2018 at the Germantown Baptist Church in Germantown, TN. The entire family is in the process of preparing for that celebration of “A Life Well Lived”.
