Don’t Limit God

Scripture Of The Day

Yes, again and again they tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel. Psalm 78:41

It is so easy for us to fail to see the Lord’s hand in our problems. We can even let hardship and trials wear us down. The world we live in is hard! We all struggle with the issues of this life. However, we cannot forget or discount that we serve an Almighty God. He is not just mighty, but all mighty! I do not think that people know or understand God’s nature. How much He loves His kids. How much He wants the best for us and is willing to bring Heaven to earth to show Himself mighty on our behalf. What we believe about God will determine whether or not we limit Him.

Some people in the United States think that the government owes them, and some throw money at their problems. They are looking to other resources to fix things. God is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34). He wants to do miraculous things in everyone’s life. God has good thoughts toward each of us. (Jeremiah 29:11)

God has called you to do things beyond yourself. He has given you gifts, talents, dreams, and visions. You can do whatever God is calling you to do. You are not alone in this walk. God said He would never leave you. Don’t limit Him! Get out of the boat! Don’t be afraid to do something out of the norm. You have not been given a spirit of fear.

Dwight L Moody once attended a service in Chicago where he heard a preacher make the following statement: “The world has never seen what God can do through one person who is totally committed to Him.” Dwight stood up and said, “I’ll be that man.” I encourage you today, don’t limit God!
