I am so glad that God does not react the same way we do! He is not motivated by insecurities, the need to control or lack.  He is not easily offended and He does not hold all my failures against me.  He does not look for ways to cut me down or expose my secret fears.

Y'all He is better than the most loving, giving, merciful, generous, loyal and kindhearted person we have ever known.  He is not just good, but He is infinitely better.  The Bible tells us in Hebrews that Jesus is the radiance of God's Glory and the exact representation of His nature. That means Jesus is the living example of God's great love.  He is full of love, healing, and restoration, and He has the power to save us.

He is truly so much better that we can imagine.  How could we not feel hope rising, when this is reality?  He is good.  He is better than good.

An Atlanta Ga native, Cheryl was married for 53 years to Ed Henderson. They have three sons and 8 grandchildren, and one great gran.

In January of 2021, Ed went home to be with the Lord after a brave fight with colon cancer.

Since 1985 Ed and Cheryl have been serving the Lord as evangelists in the Tennessee area and surrounding states.
