Scripture of The Day 3/17/2022
“I will never leave you alone, never! And I will not loosen my grip on your life!” Hebrews 13:5 The Passion
Have you ever had a season where you felt all alone? I mean the kind of season where all the things you believed about God begins to give way to the lies of the enemy? Things like, God’s not there, he has left you, or you don’t deserve God’s time?
Satan is the father of lies and he was the first one to come up with the idea of separation. He wants you to think that life away from God is better than life with God. Now the devil is clever and he will use circumstances, our past, he will try to isolate you, and any other thing he can use to separate you from God. God never intended for there to be any separation. Our God is so full of love for us that He closed the gap between us and God, His name is Jesus! He is God’s way to rid us from separation.
If this is true, and it is, then why do we still believe the lie that God is not with us? How can we avoid this place?
Value godly connections; hold them close and cherish them. Guard personal gratitude, choose an attitude of praise, no matter what the circumstances. Press into the truth of God, which strengthens our weary souls to keep walking.
Here is the best part, we never walk alone! Remember God’s promise, “I will never leave you alone, never! And I will not loosen my grip on your life!” Hebrews 13:5 The Passion
