Scripture of The Day

God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble in to the sea  (Psalm 46:1-2)

Have you ever experienced a challenge?  Of course you have, we all have.  A challenge is something new and difficult which requires great effort and determination.  A challenge is something that needs great mental or physical effort in order to be done successfully and therefore tests a person’s ability.

Unlike a problem, a challenge isn’t something we encounter, it’s something we choose to accept.  Not all challenges are truly negative.  Some are actually pretty positive.  In addition, the act of taking on certain challenges-and overcoming them-can often lead to some fantastic rewards.  Think of some of the great things in your life that you have accomplished.

Here are 7 Biblical Tips to Overcome Challenges

  1.   Welcome criticism..
  2.   Take a  Stand For Christ…
  3.   Resist Evil…
  4.   Do Good Works…
  5.  Pray With Confidence…
  6.  Commit Your Life To God…
  7.  Accept God’s Promise

We have the opportunity to no longer say, “Well, this is how I am, ” as some kind of an excuse.  God wants us to become more than we were before we knew Christ.  God wants us to grow in faith and in righteousness so that we can fully realize our purpose to share the light of Christ through our lives.
