Scripture of The Day

For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:” Isaiah 28:10

The word process means, a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end.  Process also means the entire group of one or more actions to reach the end goal.   Have you ever heard the saying, “Rome was not built in a day?”  Nothing is built in a day.  Life is a process.  Your marriage is a process.  Your job is a process.  There are steps to growth.  Salvation is a process.  Yes, you were saved the moment you gave your life to Jesus.  However, your soul, that is your mind, will, and emotions need to line up with God’s Word.  That does not happen in the twinkling of an eye.  There is a process to sanctification.

Isaiah 28:10 says, ” that precept must be upon precept, and line upon line; here a little and there a little.”  Your spiritual growth is a process.  I encourage you to enjoy the process.  Walk out your journey one step at a time.  There are no shortcuts.  You will never reach your goal and ignore the process.

God is with you.  He is leading and guiding you through the process of your life.
